Mr. Rajesh Jain has more than 45 years of professional experience in India, Malawi and Zambia. He has extensive experience in Audit, Consulting and Corporate Finance. He has served KPMG in India and Africa for over 24 years and was one of the Founding Partners of KPMG in India. Prior to that he has worked with BDO (3 years), E&Y in India (3 years) and 20 years 5 Months in Walker Chandiok & Co. He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr. Satish Rao has more than 33 years of experience across consumer food and B2B segments in India, USA and China in various fields like Sales & Marketing, Governance, Strategy and Mentoring. He has held various position viz. Chairman and Managing Director in Firmenich Aromatics Ltd in India, MD in Kohinoor Specialities in India, and VP, McCormick & Co Inc, USA. He has done his MBA and M.Sc in Analytic Chemistry from University of Mumbai.

Richa Arora has over three decades of extensive Board & CXO level experience in governance, strategy, business & cultural transformation, marketing, technology-enabled solutions, innovation across the value chain and ESG & sustainability. She is presently an Independent Director on the Board of Relaxo Footwears Limited and Grihum Housing Finance Limited, a Director on the board of Morphosis Venture Capital Limited incorporated at DFSI, Dubai, UAE, and a member of the governing council of Mobile Crèches, an NGO focused on early child development. She was previously Independent Director at Snapdeal Limited, First Meridian Business Services Limited, and was on the Board of Directors of “Tata NourishCo” and Tata group’s e-commerce venture “Tata Unistore” (Tata Cliq). Richa was earlier with the Tata group, where as COO she led the transformation of the consumer business of Tata Chemicals. Richa is a Chevening scholar from the London School of Economics, an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a Graduate in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.

Dr. Om Prakash Manchanda, is the Managing Director of Dr. Lal PathLabs Limited. He has successfully led the transformation of Dr. Lal Path Labs from a small business to a professionally run listed Company.

In 1990, Dr. Om joined Unilever Group of Companies (now Hindustan Unilever) as management trainee. He worked for HUL for nearly 10 years in various positions. In November, 1999, he moved to Monsanto India Limited as their National Marketing Manager and thereafter as their National Sales Manager. In early 2003, he joined Ranbaxy Laboratory Limited in their Global Consumer Healthcare division before joining Dr. Lal PathLabs in October 2005. He has done MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. He has also done Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School. He is a graduate in veterinary sciences from HAU Hisar, Haryana.

Dr. Om Manchanda won prestigious awards of “EY Entrepreneur of the Year” for 2019 in the Healthcare and Life Sciences category. Recently he received ‘Healthcare Personality of the Year-2020’ award in the FICCI Healthcare Excellence Awards, organized in September 2020.

Karam is the Managing Partner of Touchstone Partners and is responsible for the firm's overall business strategy, client experience and culture. A dual-qualified lawyer, qualified to practice both in England and India, Karam first worked with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London in the late 1990s, after graduating from the University of Cambridge, UK, with a first class. On returning to India, he worked with an established Indian law firm, before setting up his individual practice in 2002, which has now evolved into the firm as currently constituted.

Karam extensively advises several financial institutions and multinational corporations in connection with their India strategies and has worked on some of the largest cross border transactions in the Indian market in the last 20 years.

Mr. Madhavan Menon joined Thomas Cook India in 2000 as the Executive Director responsible for the Foreign Exchange business and stepped up to the position of Managing Director in January 2006; Chairman & Managing Director in January 2016; and Executive Chairman effective July 2023. He retired as Executive Chairman in May 2025 after 25 years with Thomas Cook Group and stepped down from the Board on September 17, 2025. During his tenure, Thomas Cook India has made several acquisitions, noteworthy being Kuoni’s Destination Management Specialists across 17 countries and acquisition of DEI (one of the world’s leading imaging solutions and services providers). Additionally, he facilitated the purchase of the Thomas Cook Brand in 2018.

Madhavan completed his MBA from George Washington University and undergraduate degree from American University of Beirut.

Madhavan has a varied background, having commenced his career in banking and financial services at Grindlays Bank, Citibank and Emirates Bank and in Birla Sun Life Asset Management Company. He was also the Chairman of the Fairfax India Charitable Foundation (FICF) that focuses on the large and growing challenge around access to affordable dialysis in India. FICF, as of October 2024, has set up over 1400 dialysis machines across over 350 centres, offering free dialysis to India's poorest.

Madhavan was appointed to the Board of John Keels Holdings PLC, Sri Lanka in August 2025. He is also a Member of the Board of Isprava Vesta Private Limited and Cedar Management Consulting Private Limited. His areas of Interest are Governance, Risk Management and Technology.

Mr. Harsha Raghavan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Convergent Finance LLP headquartered in Mumbai, India. Mr. Raghavan has been involved with the Indian private equity industry since 1996. He most recently served as the Founding Managing Director & CEO of Fairbridge Capital Private Limited, the Indian investing entity of Fairfax Financial Holdings, from 2009 to 2018.

He was also Head of India for Candover Investments, Co-Head of India for Goldman Sachs Principal Investment Area and Vice President of Indocean Chase Capital. Mr. Raghavan has experience investing over $3.0 billion across multiple continents, with a track record of value creation through intensive engagement with portfolio companies. At Fairbridge, Mr. Raghavan was responsible for all capital allocation decisions and led the investment of more than $2.1 billion, a figure that rose by over 2.6x to $5.5 billion in a seven-year period. Portfolio companies leveraged Mr. Raghavan's operational expertise and global networks to meet their strategic objectives, including mergers and acquisitions, business expansions, and board appointments.

Mr. Raghavan holds a Master of Business Administration degree and Master of Science degree in industrial engineering both from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley, where he double-majored in computer science and economics.

Mr. Manish Mehta is a Managing Director, Investments & co-CIO at Samara India Advisors Private Limited and has been with the company since 2010. Manish has led investments in the Consumer, Retail, Healthcare and Business Services verticals for Samara Capital Funds.

Prior to Samara India Advisors Private Limited in 2010, Manish worked with the Private Equity Fund at Lehman Brothers in New York. Before that, Manish was a Principal in a US$10 billion multi-strategy hedge fund at Barclays Global Investors. Manish also briefly worked in real estate private equity at Grove International Partners (Soros Fund) where he was covering India investments primarily in the hotel sector. Manish began his finance career with Lehman Brothers in 2001 in New York.

Manish earned his MBA from the Harvard Business School where he graduated with Distinction. Manish also has a Masters of Science in Transportation & Logistics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and received his Bachelors degree in engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee where he was the top ranking student in his class. Manish is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Mr. V.V. Ranganathan is a finance professional with over 40 years of variegated experience in India and overseas. He graduated in commerce in 1973 with a Gold Medal. He is currently a member of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration based in the Hauge, Netherlands. He is also a member of a Conciliation Committee of Independent Experts constituted under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996.

He was a Senior Partner with Ernst & Young and now called EY, one of the big four global firms. He served EY in India during its crucial growth phase for many years in various capacities including that of Country Leader for Strategic Growth Markets and Country Head for Quality & Risk Management for the firm. He was the Country Leader for Strategic Growth Markets working on strategies for business opportunities in emerging growth markets and reporting directly to the then Global Vice-Chair of EY in London. He was also a key founding member of the marquee Entrepreneur of the Year Program in India & the World Entrepreneur of the Year at Monte Carlo.

Ramit Bharti Mittal is the Executive Chairman of Gourmet Investments Pvt. Ltd. He is also a member of the CII Regional Committee on Agriculture, Fisheries, Food Processing and Dairy. Ramit’s business interests span media, entertainment and hospitality. Ramit’s hospitality venture, Gourmet Investments, aims to set the gold standard for new-age dining and entertainment for families, professionals and urbane customers. Under Ramit’s leadership the company has put together a portfolio of brands, focusing on casual dining to best[1]in-class culinary experiences and innovative concept restaurants.

He founded GIPL in 2012, with a vision to create a benchmark in the casual dining industry in India by bringing in the finest international restaurant brands and providing best-in-class experience to the young and aspirational Indians. The company at present boasts of a beautifully curated host of international brands like PizzaExpress (Gourmet Pizza brand from the UK), Chili’s American Grill & Bar (Texmex Cuisine), Ministry of Crab (Asia’s Top 50 for 8 years in a row) and P.F. Chang’s (American Pan-Asian Cuisine) In 2018, Ramit brought the iconic Sri Lankan seafood restaurant ‘Ministry of Crab’ to India. The global franchise is revered by fans of crustacean cuisine and the Colombo-based restaurant has consistently featured on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurant’s list since 2015.

Prior to starting his entrepreneurial journey, Ramit played an instrumental role in establishing the Easyday retail brand. He gained valuable experience through professional assignments with leading companies such as IBM in their headquarters at Armonk, New York. He also worked with the advertising firm DY&R in Singapore.

Ramit holds an MBA degree from the Southern Methodist University, Dallas (Texas) and a BBA from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Mr. Nitish Bajaj joined as Group Managing Director w.e.f. 25th November 2024 in Sundrop Brands Limited. Mr. Nitish holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad; and a Degree in Bachelor of Technology in Metallurgical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (BHU).

Mr. Nitish has more than 28 years of extensive experience in business and marketing strategy, process restructuring, alternate channel development, innovation, digitization, and merger & acquisition in the Consumer Healthcare, FMCG and Automotive space. Prior to joining Agro Tech, Mr. Nitish was the CEO of Consumer Products Division, Piramal Pharma Limited, where he was instrumental in scaling the business and building a portfolio of strong Powerbands through robust consumer communication, channel expansion and innovation pipeline. Mr. Nitish had worked with organizations such as Piramal, CEAT Tyres, Reckitt Benckiser (India) Limited, Ranbaxy Global Consumer Healthcare and Heinz India Private Limited.

Asheesh Kumar Sharma is a graduate in Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University and holds an MMS from S P Jain Institute of Management and Research. Asheesh joined ATFL in July 2007 as General Manager – Marketing, and in July 2013, he assumed the role of Vice President-Marketing. Effective April 25, 2024, Asheesh was appointed as the Managing Director & CEO of the Company and later effective from November 25, 2024, his designation was changed to “Executive Director & CEO-Sundrop and Act-II business” of the Company. His contributions have been instrumental in shaping ATFL’s marketing strategies and fostering business growth.

Prior to joining ATFL, Asheesh served as Marketing Manager – Fabric & Home Care, Health Care, and Baby Care at Procter & Gamble. Before that, he worked at Gillette, where he held positions as General Sales Manager and Regional Business Manager in Personal Care. Preceding his tenure at Gillette, Asheesh was associated with Marico, where he held roles as Area Sales Manager and Regional Manager in the West region. He began his career as a Management Trainee at Berger Paints, where he served for four years in the capacity of an Area Sales Manager.
